New TV Shows that I love...

PLOT: Takes an irreverent look at parenthood through the point of view of an acerbic working mother, along with her stay-at-home husband and opinionated parents.

I love this show. Christina Applegate, Maya Rudolph and Will Arnett are freaking funny. Those three make me laugh out loud the entire show. I also love that Maya's character Ava is dating Jason Lee. I love him too he was so funny on My Name is Earl. I miss that show.

PLOT: Police officer Rick Grimes leads a group of survivors in a world overrun by zombies.

Awesome show! How can you not like a show about zombies. And they have a really cool story line to go along with the zombie attacks. I love the all the different characters that are part of the show.

PLOT: After a bad break-up, Jess, an offbeat young woman, moves into an apartment loft with three single men. Although they find her behavior very unusual, the men support her - most of the time.

I love this show. I love the fact that they have a douchebag jar. Schmidt seems to be a repeat offender that has to put money in the douchebag jar. Jess is so funny and weird. I really like the other two boys that live with Jess and Schmidt. Funny show.

PLOT: A married father of three tries to maintain his manliness in a world increasingly dominated by women.

I loved Tim Allen on Home Improvement and this show is no exception. It's funny as heck and he comes up with some great one liners. I like his wife and daughters on the show. His boss is pretty funny too. His wife sometimes looks as though she is going to bust out laughing at times when he drops some of the funniest one liners. I love it!

PLOT: Set in the 1860s it centers on former confederate soldier Cullen Bohannan, whose quest for vengeance has led him to the Union Pacific Railroad's westward construction of the first Transcontinental Railroad.

Didn't not expect to like this show but it's awesome. I love two of the main characters Anson Mount and Common. They both do an amazing job. I also love Dominique McElligott who plays Lily Bell. She is beautiful. I am already ready for season 2.

PLOT: Seven noble families fight for control of the mythical land of Westeros.

This one is on HBO which we no longer get but hopefully we can find a way to watch it. I did miss a few episodes but I hope to catch up on them before season 2 starts. One of my favorite characters on the show was Daenerys Targaryen. I called her the dragon girl. She was very cool looking and you find out very powerful.

American Idol Season 10

I love American Idol this year. The talent is amazing. The new judges are awesome too. Jennifer Lopez is gorgeous. She is so beautiful & genuine. I thought with Simon gone the show would suck but I have say I don't miss him at all. I do think that Jennifer & Steven is a little too nice at times but it works. I have a few favorites so far. Stefano is my top person & I'm so glad he was picked as a wild card. I love to hear him sing. Paul McDonald is another one of my favorites. His smile is radiant. I love that fact that he is a little different from the others. Pia is beautiful and an amazing singer as well.

Super Bowl XLIII

What a great game Super Bowl XLIII turned out to be. We were rooting for the underdogs (Arizona) but it didn't matter to us. It was a close game and that's all we asked for. We did enjoy seeing the Tampa sky line. It made us feel like we were back in Florida. Tampa’s an awesome city to live in. The commercials were quite funny too.

The Steelers made history when they defeated the Arizona Cardinals, 27-23, to win their sixth Super Bowl, the first team in NFL history to accomplish that.

I love GOSSIP GIRL! XOXO

I just can't express how much I love this show. Gossip Girl is full of good story lines and drama. I caught the first season on DVD (thanks Kent) and I'm now watching season two on the CW.

Nate Archibald (Chace Crawford) is one of my favorites on the show. He's a hottie.

Dancing with the Stars Season 7

Lance Bass (formerly of *NSYNC and a trained cosmonaut) is paired with Lacey Schwimmer (a onetime So You Think You Can Dance finalist and the 2007 World Swing Dance champ)

I am so excited to see Lacey dancing again on TV. She was my favorite dancer on her season of SYTYCD. She's such a firecracker! I hope her and Lance go far in the competition.

SYTYCD - Favorite Dances Season 4

Here are a few that I could actually remember.

No Air - Joshua and Katee

Dreaming with a Broken Heart - Twitch and Kherington

Like You'll Never See Me Again - Courtney and Will

Bleeding Love - Chelsie and Mark

Wishing on a Star - Courtney and Gev

Mercy - Twitch and Katee

Forever - Twitch and Comfort

SYTYCD Top Four

I loved the show last night. I think the boys defiantly stole the show. I’m still a big Courtney fan and how could you not like Katee. She is amazing in any style they throw at her. I loved all four solos too.

Courtney and Twitch Hip-Hop piece choreographed by Tabitha and Napoleon. - I have loved everything from Tabitha and Napoleon. I think Courtney and Twitch did a great job displaying the characters.

Joshua and Katee dance a Lyrical routine choreographed by Wade Robson. - I was so happy to see Wade back and choreographing a dance last night. He is so unique and so awesome. Joshua and Katee could dance anything together and it turns out great. They have great chemistry and technique that they blow me away every single time.

Katee and Courtney dance a Broadway piece choreographed by Tyce DiOrio. - This piece was good. I really enjoyed it and I liked the props too. I did catch on to what Nigel was saying about Courtney. When paired with Katee she doesn’t follow through with her movements. With that said she is still a great dancer and my favorite.

Twitch and Joshua dance a Russian Typytych choreographed by Youri Nelzine. - Wow, I was blown away by this number. It was my favorite of the night. Joshua’s jumps and Twitch’s floor work are impressive. And the energy was through the roof.

Twitch and Katee dance a Fox Trot choreographed by Tony Meredith and Melanie LaPatin. - The lifts in this piece where so cool. They danced the Fox Trot well. And I loved Twitch saying... Bond, James Bond. hehe

Joshua and Courtney dance a Jive choreographed by Jason Gilkison. - I loved this number too. I did feel there was something missing though. I couldn’t quite put my finger on it... maybe it was not as much energy for the Jive. I did feel that the Jive was a harder piece to pull off when put up to the Fox Trot

Our Foursome finishes the evening with a Contemporary piece choreographed by Mia Michaels - I love Mia and her work just amazes me. I was really disappointed last night with this piece. It just wasn’t good enough to be the final dance. It lacked a lot of everything for me. The dancers did well but I think they could have done more with a better piece.

My Opinion:
Joshua
Katee
Twitch
Courtney

Way To Go - Team Bruno

I fell in love with this show the minute it started. From the beginning I loved Team Bruno. They lost the first two rounds and had to vote off two team members. They sang and out danced Team Carrie Ann every week. I was happy to see them win when it counted the most. Also, the four team members left were my favorites from the start. :)

I LOVE TV!

I am so excited, Lost starts on Thursday. I’m happy they will air a "catch up" before season four starts. I have forgotten all that’s happened in the last three seasons.

I miss Heroes so, so much. This has been a excellent show so far. I love the characters and the story line.

I started watching Weeds about a week ago and I’ve finished seasons one and two. I can’t wait to get my hands on season three. This show is hilarious. I love Mary-Louise Parker. She plays the part of Nancy very well.

One Tree Hill is still one of my favorites. I love how they’ve moved the show forward four years. The characters are still there but they are older and now professional. I still want Lucas and Peyton together.

October Road is something I still find myself watching. It’s not my favorite but I still like it.

Dance Wars: Bruno and Carrie Ann - I love it! I’m a sucker for these types of shows. Dancing and singing is a favorite of mine. Plus they have some really hot guys on the show that make it worth while to watch.

I still love American Idol. I’m more into the show once they get to Hollywood. It’s funny the first couple of times watching people who can’t sing. But in my opinion it gets a little old after a while.

Gossip Girl is great too. I’ve only caught a couple of episodes but I love it. I can’t wait for it to come out on DVD so I can catch up.

I’ve stared watching Celebrity Rehab and Gone Country.

Barbara Walters Presents:
The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2007

Justin Timberlake - I love this guy! He has the entire package. Good looks, he can dance, sing and he’s hilarious. I loved it when Barbara ask him if he’s bringing sexy back... Then where did it go? Haha! Also, by watching the video clips Justin puts on an excellent concert. I had no clue that he won an Emmy for his guest performance on SNL (Dick in a box). That skit was AWESOME!

Katherine Heigl - She seems to be having a great year. I don’t watch Grey’s but I have seen a couple of her movies in her younger years. She’s very pretty and she doesn’t think she’s that fascinating.

President William Jefferson Clinton - He mostly talk about Hilary and how she would make a great President. They also showed all the memorabilia from his terms in the White House in his Harlem office.

Tom Anderson & Chris DeWolfe - The MySpace media moguls just amaze me. Too bad we didn’t come up with such a site. These guys sold the MySpace company for $586 million. They still run the company and play a huge part even though they no longer own it.

David & Victoria Beckham - I love this couple!!! They seem so down to earth and they absolutely love each other. David would love to have two or three more children and Victoria says “honey I already had you three boys”. David said when he saw Victoria as part of the Spice Girls he knew right then that he had to meet and win her over. They talked of the first time they meet and it cracked me up. She said she loved that he was partying in a café with his parents by his side. And he comes back to say she was there just getting drunk. And her response was hey you weren’t supposed to tell that part. lol (love these two)

Don Imus - I wasn’t familiar with him so I wasn’t as interested. He’s some talk show host that was fired for saying some nasty things about a girls basketball team. All is well now. He apologized and the girls accepted.

Jennifer Hudson - Has really gone far since her debut on American Idol. She lost to Fantasia but from what I can tell she is a much bigger star. She appeared in Dream Girls and won a Oscar at the age of 26. She can definitely sing.

Hugo Chavez - The president of Venezuela was very strange to me. He claimed to love the United States but I don’t think he does at all. He loved calling President Bush a donkey. I’m not really familiar with him either so I don’t care to write shit about him. Haha

And the number one most fascinating was....

J. K. Rowling - She is the author of Harry Potter. I thought it was a little weird that Barbara didn’t meet with Joanne in person. She was a very intelligent little girl. She had very little friends growing up. As an adult she decided she wanted to be an author. She was on the train when all these ideas of a book was flowing through her head. She had no pen or paper but by the time she arrived at her destination she had the plot. She married, had a child and then divorced and went on welfare. While raising her child she started to write the book. She was rejected a ton of times but now it’s a phenomena.

The First Cut is the Deepest

Where to start....

Ok, Claire needed to be part of the Cheerleading squad since she had already lied to her father saying she had made the squad. She didn’t (at first) and she and West created a scenario so the captain would be humiliated. I loved the scene where West picked her up and they were flying and then he just drops her. She landed on the steps and the captain freaks out. Good move, but isn’t Claire being very careless. And I still don’t trust West he just seems like he’s always up to something.

Do we know Adam Monroe?

Peter and Caitlyn go to Montreal and Peter finds a note from Adam. They teleported to New York City, July 14th, 2008. The city had been evacuated. I’m not sure what all this means but it cannot be good.

I’m so happy Mohinder blew up and said screw you to The Company. I’m also happy he didn’t have it in him to give Monica the shot. I really like her character and her ability to mimic things. Ok, back to Mohinder, when Niki came up to Mohinder telling him they were going to be partners I was screaming at the TV saying “that’s not Niki, that is Jessica”. She had all of Jessica’s qualities when talking to him.

Alejandro’s so right about Sylar but his sister is too worried about finding Mr. Suresh. If she only knew who Sylar was she would kill him and leave him for dead. I can’t believe he told Alejandro his plans for killing them both. And even if Alejandro told Maya she wouldn’t believe him.

Yaeko figured out that Hiro was the one that saved her and she knows that Hiro is in love with her. I loved that they finally kissed but Kensei is pissed and it’s not looking good for Hiro or Yaeko.

Mr. Bennet and the Haitian has and always will be a good team. It seems as though some peoples powers are getting stronger and stronger. Now the Haitian can erase certain things from peoples minds. I wonder how Ivan fits into the picture and I don’t think his daughter is really dead.

So many questions....

I don't know if you ever watched Miami Ink on TLC. I love that show those tattoo artist do some awesome work. Well, Kat Von D was working with the guys for a short period time.
