Courtney Love 'Cons' Kurt Cobain

Courtney Love and Converse will proudly albeit sadly perpetuate the memory of Kurt Cobain with the issuance of a signature shoe line in the late frontman's name later this spring. Containing artwork and scribbles from Cobain's personal notebooks, first published as part of 2002's 'Journals,' the special collection of athletic footwear – sanctioned by Courtney Love and the Cobain estate – will debut in May, according to Internet reports.

Touted as a tribute to the Nirvana brainchild, three of the Converse models that Cobain was often seen sporting – Chuck Taylor All Star, Jack Purcell and One Star – will be included in the new collection. The revised versions of said Cons classics will include wear and fray detailing, as well as Cobain's signature embroidered on the exterior of each shoe.

Marking the first branded product that the Cobain estate has approved since his death, the shoes will be made in black and white versions and will retail at $50 to $65. Cobain, by the way, was wearing a pair of black Converse One Tops when he was found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound in April 1994.

I LOVE WHEN IT'S JUST ME AND AARON!

I’m loving today! Today is the start of three whole weeks of living by ourselves. Aaron and I have been living under the roof of others since April of 2007. I’m ready to be alone, again. We both took off work and it’s been a really productive day. I’ve played ROCK BAND for a few hours. I’m getting better at the drums. I washed towels, ran the dishwasher, went to the grocery store around 9am - Wal-Mart was dead. I cleaned the desk area of three computers and now I’m just chilling listening to a Jack Johnson mix. I love days like this. I’m going to enjoy every moment and will be sad when April 7th arrives.

ANGEL

This is track number 4 on Jack Johnson's new cd. This song is so BEAUTIFUL. The entire cd is awesome but this song is deep and you can tell he really loves his wife.

I've got an angel
She doesn't wear any wings
She wears a heart that can melt my own
She wears a smile that can make me wanna sing
She gives me presents
With her presence alone
She gives me everything I could wish for
She gives me kisses on the lips just for coming home

She could make angels
I've seen it with my own eyes
You gotta be careful when you've got good love
Cause the angels will just keep on multiplying

But you're so busy changing the world
Just one smile can change all of mine
We share the same soul
Oh oh oh oh oh ohhh
We Share the same soul
Oh oh oh oh oh ohhh
We Share the same soul
Oh oh oh oh oh ohhh
Oh oh oh oh oh ohhh
Umm umm umm uhhhhhhmm

Mr. Brooks

PLOT: The story follows a man with a murderous alter ego. Tracy Atwood is a tough detective whose devotion to her craft catches the attention and respect of the serial killer she is hunting, which leads to a symbiotic relationship.

MY OPINION: I LOVE, LOVE, LOVED this movie. It was awesome. Kevin Costner and Demi Moore really did a good job. When Kevin Costner plays a bad guy he does such a great job and he's creapy sometimes. The movie is excellent.

Way To Go - Team Bruno

I fell in love with this show the minute it started. From the beginning I loved Team Bruno. They lost the first two rounds and had to vote off two team members. They sang and out danced Team Carrie Ann every week. I was happy to see them win when it counted the most. Also, the four team members left were my favorites from the start. :)

Across the Universe

PLOT: An original musical film, Across The Universe is a fictional love story set in the 1960s amid the turbulent years of anti-war protest, the struggle for free speech and civil rights, mind exploration and rock and roll. At once gritty, whimsical and highly theatrical, the story moves from high schools and universities in Massachusetts, Princeton and Ohio to the Lower East Side of Manhattan, the Detroit riots, Vietnam and the dockyards of Liverpool. A combination of live action and animation, the film is paired with many songs by The Beatles that defined the time.

MY OPINION: Aaron and I watched this movie yesterday and fell in love with it. He’s not into musicals but having 30 different Beatles songs throughout the film he decided he would try and watch with me. He said it was the best musical he’s ever seen. I like musicals and I thought it was fantastic.

Good Luck Chuck

PLOT: In order to keep the woman of his dreams from falling for another guy, Charlie Logan has to break the curse that has made him wildly popular with single women: Sleep with Charlie once, and the next man you meet will be your true love.

This movie was so funny! I don't want to give the movie away but I recommend it to anyone. I promise it will make you laugh.

NKOTB - WTF!?!?

After months of speculation and rumor, the Kids are coming back. A well-placed source tells PEOPLE exclusively that New Kids On The Block are indeed getting back together.

The band's Web site, www.nkotb.com, which had been dormant, is now back up and running in anticipation of the official announcement, which the source says will be made in the next few weeks.

The site currently features a television graphic with a fuzzy, flickering photos of NKOTB in their heyday, and a link inviting fans to sign up for info.

The boy band, which made legions of tweens swoon in the early '90s, selling more than 50 million albums, became a worldwide phenomenon before calling it quits in 1994.

Eighteen years later, they're still "Hangin' Tough." The oldest "Kid," Jonathan Knight, now a real estate developer, will turn 40 later this year. Since the band's demise, former members Donnie Wahlberg, 38, and Joey McIntyre, 35, have seen acting success, while Danny Wood, 38, has worked as a music producer and Knight's brother, Jordan, 37, has continued to record.

There's a new ballad on the block.

Nearly 14 years after breaking up, the '90s boy band New Kids On The Block are back with a new ballad on their official Web site.

The song (its name isn't revealed) plays over a promotional video for the band that says the Kids once had it all – a $1 billion in album sales, millions of fans, with music that "influenced a generation" – but then "walked away from it all."

The video next teases the a comeback, asking: "Are you ready?"

The song, a source says, was recorded by all five Kids last November in Orlando

I LOVE TV!

I am so excited, Lost starts on Thursday. I’m happy they will air a "catch up" before season four starts. I have forgotten all that’s happened in the last three seasons.

I miss Heroes so, so much. This has been a excellent show so far. I love the characters and the story line.

I started watching Weeds about a week ago and I’ve finished seasons one and two. I can’t wait to get my hands on season three. This show is hilarious. I love Mary-Louise Parker. She plays the part of Nancy very well.

One Tree Hill is still one of my favorites. I love how they’ve moved the show forward four years. The characters are still there but they are older and now professional. I still want Lucas and Peyton together.

October Road is something I still find myself watching. It’s not my favorite but I still like it.

Dance Wars: Bruno and Carrie Ann - I love it! I’m a sucker for these types of shows. Dancing and singing is a favorite of mine. Plus they have some really hot guys on the show that make it worth while to watch.

I still love American Idol. I’m more into the show once they get to Hollywood. It’s funny the first couple of times watching people who can’t sing. But in my opinion it gets a little old after a while.

Gossip Girl is great too. I’ve only caught a couple of episodes but I love it. I can’t wait for it to come out on DVD so I can catch up.

I’ve stared watching Celebrity Rehab and Gone Country.

Rock Band

I am in love with our Xbox 360 and Rock Band. It's the coolest video game (in my opinion) that has hit the market in a long time. We purchased the game on Saturday and had invited Dain and his girlfriend Erin over to play. They didn't leave until 6am. We didn't even realize we had been playing for seven hours. Aaron and I have been messing around with it since. I wanted to play sick from work today just to play Rock Band. If you have the chance to play it, do it. You will love it!

A screen shot of gameplay.
