Journeyman

Dan Vasser is a very interesting man. He’s a family man, a reporter and a dude with some serious blackout issues.

As he’s about to get into a taxi to celebrate his wedding anniversary he has a bizarre trip back in time to watch the end of a ballgame and to catch a glimpse of his lost love Livia before she supposedly dies in a plane crash.

Dan thinks of this as a weird dream.

Next he awakens to find himself among the homeless in Golden Gate Park. It’s 1987 and he finds Neil Gaines about to throw himself in front of a trolley. He saves Neil.

Dan’s wife in present time is freaking out because when he travels back in time he goes missing for days. His wife, brother, co-workers, etc. thinks Dan has a drug problem.

Dan, also, travels to the 80’s to find out that Neil has gotten his girlfriend pregnant and she doesn’t want the child. Dan talks the girl into having the child.

In another travel Neil is on his way to kill his wife and child since his wife is leaving him. Dan causes Neil to get hit by a bus before he can kill his wife and child.

Towards the end of the episode he figures out that Neil’s son saved a bus load of children.

Dan also burry’s a tool box with a news paper and wedding ring in the yard where they now live. His wife now believes his about him time travel.

Since I already have way too many shows to watch I wasn’t planning on watching any new ones. But, that will never happen.

I’ve watched the first episode of Nashville (FOX - Friday @ 9am) on-line and I am getting ready to watch the 2nd. I really enjoyed this show a lot. From what I hear it’s supposed to be a reality type show but I don’t really see it as one. It seems as though it’s a series like everything else. I still enjoy it though.

Last night at 10pm I started watching CSI: Miami but then Aaron wanted to watch Journeyman. I’m glad he did too. I really enjoyed Journey Man and I hope more people watched and loved it as much as I did.

Are you watching either of these shows? And if not what new shows, if any, are you watching now?

I actually saw Journeyman last week because blockbuster had an nbc exclusive sneak peak dvd to rent for free. I really like this show even though I had also vowed not to pick up any new ones either.
I probably won't watch Nashville though.

I did watch Kid Nation, just because I'm curious, not sure what I think about it yet. And I will probably check out Private Practice only because its a spin-off of Grey's anatomy and I like that actress but I have a feeling I won't get too interested in it.
